Had a massage and facial with Chloe using a birthday voucher and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! Amazing treatment I will be recommending her to everyone that will listen. Definitely asking for more Endota gift cards for my birthday/Christmas’ to use in the future!!

2 weeks ago i had the regenuvate package which cost $340 (not cheap) and i had a voucher that i kept for 2 years so i was really looking forward to it and my expectations were a bit high! The place itself is a bit dated, however very clean! Neha, my therapist was INCREDIBLE. So much so, that i fell asleep during the massage! The cocoon wrap they do is seriously the most luxurious feeling! My face had an amazing glow after the facial and my skin was ultra smooth after the exfoliation! I could not thank her enough. However, the reason i gave 4 stars and not 5 is i felt extremely pressured to buy products .. Right after the treatment i was on cloud nine and i just wanted to get home and relax. But i hated that i had to be asked several times if i want to buy any products. Side note is i actually love Endota products i have bought them for friends & family etc.. When i got to reception to pay , the receptionist looked extremely annoyed that i didnt purchase anything and just went straight to payment. Isnt $340 enough? Thats a lot of money! Anyway, perhaps this commission based so i get it, but perhaps a polite no should be accepted! Finally i would still like to recomend Neha and this package or just a massage on its own!

Have visited this spa many times. Always feel pampered and relaxed after a massage. The therapists are all very attentive and made the whole treatment an extremely pleasant experience. Loved how convenient the location is as can go shopping before and after the appointment. Recommend.

I chose a combined massage and facial treatment. Paris was the therapist who provided the treatments. She did an excellent job, listening carefully to my concerns and priorities. The firm massage of my stiff neck was very effective in relieving soreness and improving my range of movement. Paris was respectful of my lower back which was very recently strained. She modified the massage in this area and did not add to the sensitivity and soreness I am currently managing. A very positive experience. Thank you so much Paris.
